• Outdoor areas, including the beachfront, must be used responsibly.
• Guests use the beach and ocean at their own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
• Jellyfish season occurs from March to August. During this period, guests must exercise extra caution before entering the water. • Check local conditions and avoid swimming if jellyfish are present.
• Children must be supervised at all times near the water.
• No bonfires, fireworks, or open flames unless explicitly approved.
• Please rinse off sand before entering the house.
• Furniture (indoor and outdoor) must not be moved.
• Excessive cleaning or damage may result in additional fees.
Important: This property operates exclusively on a solar power system. Power availability is limited and strictly managed.
• High-power appliances (including hair dryers, laptops, electric cooking devices, or any similar items) must not be used on solar power.
• Use of high-power appliances requires the generator and must be arranged in advance with the caretakers.
• The generator is available during daytime hours only and for limited periods, at the caretakers’ discretion.
• Unauthorized use of high-power appliances without generator approval is strictly prohibited and may result in power restriction, additional charges, or termination of the stay without refund, in accordance with platform policies.
• Low-power devices (mobile phones, cameras, small batteries) may be charged under normal use.
Guests are required to comply with this policy at all times.
